Check-in time is 4pm. We offer early check in as soon as 12pm for a fee. Late check in must be prearranged with us before the day of check-out.
You will receive check-in instructions and house manual via text on the day of your check-in.
Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 7 days before check-in. Nonrefundable if cancelled within 7 days to check-in.
You have to be 21 to make a reservation and stay at any of our homes.
All of our homes are pet-friendly! Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 pets. Pet fee is $60 per pet.
Full payment is due upon booking. Please refer to our payment policy when booking online.
No, guests do not have to pay for a security deposit. Upon finalizing your booking, a $25 fee will be charged along with booking for vacation rental insurance. Should any accident occur, the insurance will cover up to $1500 in damages.
We partner with a waste collection team that collects the trash bins and takes them to the curb when it's trash collection day and brings them back to the house when trash has been collected. You do not have to worry about anything except taking trash bags to the bin once they are full!
